UK SHIPPING
A4, A3, A2 Prints
We dispatch our prints second class postage within 1-2 working days of your order in hard backed envelopes or rolled poster packages.
As long as Royal Mail hold their own (!) your print(s) should be with you 1-2 days after that.
Mugs, Clothing & Canvas prints
These products are shipped direct to you from our 3rd party provider for these products. They use Parcelforce 48 meaning that once your order is successful, they will ship you these products within 24hours and your product will arrive within 48hours after that .
Framed Prints
If you have ordered a framed print, this comes direct from our studio too. However depending on what size and colour, we may need to source a frame if we get a big order. On the occasion where delivery as a result might get delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. All framed prints are sent with tracked delivery through Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Overseas orders typically take 1-3 weeks to deliver depending how far it is travelling. We always provide tracked numbers for overseas shipping.
Please allow up to 4 weeks as on rare occasions prints can take longer to arrive.
RETURNS
Our products are printed hot off the press, just for you in our studio as one of prints for every one that is ordered. We unfortunately do not accept returns.
However, if our products arrive damaged we will of course replace it and send you another one free of charge. Please take a photo of the damage and email info@halfwayline.co.uk to arrange a replacement.
